Recent News
As you all know by now, the FFBCF Pancake Breakfast at the 7th
Street Market was a huge success. All of you deserve a sincere “thank
you” for coming out on a hot Saturday (July 7, 2007) to flip pancakes,
serve 300+ plates, clean up, and meet the community that supports us. We
appreciate Reid’s Fine Foods for their generous donation of food,
equipment, etc to enable us to raise $1,643 for FFBCF. We hope the Fire
Department can continue a good working relationship with Reid’s and the
Green Market, because they were certainly generous to us. Whether you
cooked pancakes, served them, or displayed the fire trucks, we
appreciate your time and energy toward a cause that helps burned
survivors and hopefully, the prevention of fires and burns.

New Fundraiser
Food Lion MVP cardholders can go on-line and register their cards (www.foodlion.com -
click on fundraisers and follow instructions). Food Lion will donate a
percentage of each cardholder’s purchases to the FFBCF each quarter. You must renew your card for 2007!
